Head, Knowledge Management Unit (July 2024 – December 2025)

Provided strategic direction for WFP’s global Knowledge Management Unit. Oversaw KM initiatives, including strengthening global Communities of Practice and piloting AI-enabled KM projects to enhance knowledge retrieval. Facilitated structured reflection workshops with senior leadership and technical teams across offices to assess progress and define improvement priorities. Advised senior leadership on KM priorities and aligned system improvements with organizational strategy. Managed a team of 5 staff, fostering professional growth.

Knowledge Management Officer (March 2023 – July 2024)

Designed and implemented practical activities to strengthen KM across WFP’s technical functions, 86 country offices, and five regional offices. Provided technical advice and support to KM focal points and communities of practice, strengthening organizational learning. Facilitated consultations with regional and country office stakeholders to co-create KM solutions and action plans. Built strong stakeholder relationships to strengthen KM capacity globally. Supervised 3 staff to deliver high-quality work.

Knowledge Management Manager (January 2020 – March 2023)

Developed systems to capture and share advocacy knowledge, including retention processes for departing staff. Profiled lessons learned and contributed to scale up through collaborating with internal stakeholders and drafting replication guidance. Produced analytical reports, case studies, and replication guidance to support leadership decision-making. Managed Knowledge Management Specialist.  

Knowledge Management Adviser (March 2017 – January 2020)

Established KM processes and formed a dedicated KM Unit to enhance cross-functional approach to managing Advocacy team knowledge. Managed advocacy content on intranet platforms and facilitated targeted webinars to promote practitioner learning. Led data collection and analysis for annual Advocacy Strategic Measures reporting, producing actionable insights for leadership.

Inclusive Security

Knowledge Management Associate, National Action Plans (March 2016-September 2016)

Designed documentation and knowledge sharing processes. Produced knowledge products for global women, peace and security initiatives that advanced advocacy and resource mobilization. Conducted policy analysis and synthesized qualitative data into actionable recommendations for UN and inter-agency stakeholders.

 

Program Associate, National Action Plans (August 2012 - March 2016)

Tracked global women, peace, and security policy developments, providing monthly updates that informed key programming decisions. Managed the creation, curation, organization, dissemination, and archiving of digital materials. Managed and maintained an online information platform on UN Security Council Resolution 1325 National Action Plans. 

 

Advocacy Associate (April 2012 – August 2012)

Monitored U.S. Congressional activity and drafted policy content to support legislative engagement and collaboration. Conducted policy research and drafted content for Inclusive Security’s public blog related to inclusive national policies and UN Security Council Resolution 1325.
