Experts I work with on larger projects

Davorka Millicevic
Independent KM Consultant
At the United Nations World Food Programme, Davorka led global KM initiatives that shaped corporate strategies, developed bespoke maturity models, and embedded AI into knowledge retention processes, lessons learned, and project retrospectives. She co-developed WFP’s platform for institutional knowledge retention and pioneered rapid knowledge product development, reducing turnaround times from weeks to hours. Her work has been recognized internationally, including being shortlisted for CILIP’s KM Manager of the Year in 2024.
Today, Davorka advises organizations across sectors on embedding AI into KM strategies, strengthening knowledge retention, and leveraging big data and digital process automation. Her approach is pragmatic and impact-driven: enabling smarter decision-making, reducing inefficiencies, and ensuring that critical knowledge flows seamlessly across teams and geographies.
